Civic Leader Educator Award

Great teachers do more than teach lessons—they shape the citizens of tomorrow.

The Civic Leader Educator Award, offered by America250 Nevada, honors Nevada teachers who are dedicated to civics education and engagement in their classroom and community. Award recipients will be honored with a $250 classroom or professional development grant to further their impact, along with a certificate or plaque recognizing their outstanding leadership.

By supporting and uplifting teachers who dedicate themselves to this work, America250 Nevada is helping to ensure that Nevada’s future is one of active citizens, strong communities, and a thriving democracy.
