Our Nevada Stories
History is right now
Every Nevadan has their own story, and we’re interested in hearing yours. To tell the story of America’s 250th anniversary, we need to tell the stories of the people who live here and the land we call home, which means we need your help! Are you interested in sharing your story, or know someone in your community who is? Let us know with this form.
And if you don’t think your story is worth sharing, just know that you’re wrong. Everyone has a unique story and there’s always something to talk about. If you have a hard time thinking of something to talk about, consider the America Association for State and Local History’s themes for the Semiquincentennial or important moments in your community’s history.
In July, you’ll start to hear from the Our Nevada Stories team about collecting your story to be part of the America 250 celebration here in Nevada.
