Project Description: Pahrump Valley Main Street will be hosting an event for the public to install features that beautify the intersection of Pahrump Valley Boulevard and Calvada Boulevard. The intersection is made up of two corners of strip center type store fronts and parking. One corner is apartments and the other is undeveloped land.The goal will be to install things such as planter boxes, solar lights, tiny library and other features. Volunteers will be provided with proper equipment for the tasks they are performing.

Location: Wild Horse State Recreation Area
Project Description: Wrap up the Nevada State Parks Nevada Gives volunteer season at Wild Horse State Recreation Area by helping plant trees throughout the park. Volunteers will contribute to long-term beautification and shade improvements while enjoying wide-open spaces and scenic views. This relaxed, beginner-friendly event is ideal for families and volunteers of all experience levels.Need to Know

Project Description: Lend a hand at Washoe Lake State Park during a volunteer day focused on improving trails and lakeside infrastructure. Volunteers will help repair wooden stairs near Little Washoe Lake, trim willow trees, and assist with general trail maintenance. This project is perfect for volunteers who enjoy working outdoors in a scenic setting and want to make trails safer and more enjoyable for everyone.Need to Know
